COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and Non COVID access to Campus Health Centre
UC and the HEALTH CENTRE continue to closely monitor the situation regarding the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak.
COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is characterised by fever, coughing, sore throat or difficulty in breathing. If you have these symptoms or have been in contact with somebody who has Covid 19, contact the Healthline on 0800 358 5453. They will give you advice which may include seeking a swab test or contacting your health provider eg Campus Health Centre.
We are continuing to question all patients about respiratory symptoms so that we can separate those who have symptoms if they need to be seen at the clinic. You will be asked the questions by reception staff and also by the nurses and doctors whose appointment books you are assigned to. We will re-ask the questions when/if you attend the clinic for a face to face appointment.
Please do not, for the time being, expect to walk in to the clinic without a pre-booked appointment. Our phone number is (03) 369 4444 night or day. When we are closed, your call will be diverted to our answering service which has clinical staff available to assist you.
